Good to know before you book

We accept reservations from 6 persons per booking, with a minimum of 3 courses. The menu choice applies to all guests in your party. We can make adjustments for vegetarian guests. Inform us in advance and we will contact you to discuss the possibilities. Wine arrangements are optional but highly recommended for an optimal taste experience. Reservations for an evening at a location of your choice will be discussed in advance and are subject to the possibilities at that location. Renting tables / chairs / decoration / crockery / cutlery / glassware and kitchen equipment is possible, inquire about the possibilities - call 06-44320007. Any parking costs on location will be charged.

Dining at your own location – for groups of 8 to 24 people

The prices listed are per person, per dish/course. The choice of dishes applies to the entire group. In addition to the courses described, still or sparkling mineral water and coffee/tea to finish are included. Wine pairings are available per person – also in half portions. Other requests can always be discussed in advance – for example, specific drinks or themed decorations for the evening. Reservations for an event at a location of your choice will be discussed beforehand and are subject to the possibilities at that location. Rental of tables, chairs, decorations, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment is available upon request. Parking fees at the location will be charged separately. Payment can be made on-site or in advance – please inquire about the options.

Private dining

Each menu of at least 3 courses is exclusively prepared for your group on the evening of your choice. So there are no other guests in the home restaurant except your group for whom you are making a reservation.

Of course, there are wines available that perfectly complement every course of each menu, completing the flavor experience. Available in 3 levels:

  2. Next level €35 p.p.
  3. Sublime €50 p.p.

Book our home restaurant: from 8-12 people

Chef Hugo will only cook for your reservation on the night of your choice - requiring a minimum number of guests of 8.

What is a home restaurant?

Chef Hugo offers you the exclusive use of his home restaurant for your dinner. You’ll be seated close to the kitchen, where your dishes are prepared live. Enjoy your meal on the same floor at a table set exclusively for your group. Your private dinner, with a menu tailored to your preferences. A guaranteed evening where all attention is on you, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your own atmosphere in the professional setting of a restaurant.

Why does the menu choice apply to the entire group

The preparation of the dishes within the menu is more complex than what you typically find at restaurants. Due to this complexity, it is not possible to order separate menus per person. However, adjustments can be made to the menu if someone in your group has specific dietary requirements.

Is cooking and dining on location also possible?

Yes! Chef Hugo will discuss with you in advance what options the kitchen at your location has, to make sure that the dishes can be cooked and served appropriately. On location, we can cater a dinner for up to 25 people. Get in touch and we will discuss everything to create an unforgettable evening.
