All of this while enjoying a fine glass of wine and great conversation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Imagine it’s your birthday today! You receive a message from your partner asking you to come to a certain address at 7 PM. You head over — it feels a bit unusual because you were expecting a restaurant, but you find yourself standing in front of a modern townhouse in the center of Hoofddorp. Still, the address is correct, so you decide to ring the doorbell. The door opens and you are warmly welcomed into Chef Hugo’s home restaurant. After your coat is taken, the chef personally leads you upstairs to the beautifully decorated first floor. This entire floor is dedicated to cooking and dining! To your surprise, you are guided to the table where all your friends and family are already waiting for you. The first appetizers and amuse-bouches arrive, and with every bite, your amazement only grows! The menu has been tailored especially for you — inspired by that delicious risotto you discovered last summer in Italy. What an evening! This will be a memory you’ll cherish for a long time, that’s for sure!

What is a home restaurant?
Chef Hugo offers you the exclusive use of his home restaurant for your dinner. You’ll be seated close to the kitchen, where your dishes are prepared live. Enjoy your meal on the same floor at a table set exclusively for your group. Your private dinner, with a menu tailored to your preferences. A guaranteed evening where all attention is on you, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your own atmosphere in the professional setting of a restaurant.
How many guests can be accommodated?
At the home restaurant in Hoofddorp center there is room for one group per evening with a size of 6 to 12 people. On location we can provide a suitable dinner for up to 24 people. Contact us for more information.
Why does the menu choice apply to the entire group
The preparation of the dishes within the menu is more complex than what you typically find at restaurants. Due to this complexity, it is not possible to order separate menus per person. However, adjustments can be made to the menu if someone in your group has specific dietary requirements.
Are wine pairings available?
Of course, wines are available to perfectly complement each course of every menu, enhancing your tasting experience. Available in three levels: Pure Simplicity €25 per person / Next Level €35 per person / Sublime €50 per person.
